Purpose

The FWA-6170 system chassis supports one blue LED (FRU LED ID 0x00) to allow users to identify the chassis. The LED is visible on the front side of the chassis and can be controlled by the standard IPMI Chassis Identify command.

Following command is executable via KCS in local or IOL from remote clients, following example is KCS way.

Turn ON:
#ipmitool picmg led set 0 0x00 255 1 0x0f

Turn OFF:
#ipmitool picmg led set 0 0x00 0 1 0x0f
