Why doesn't the system boot fast after installing or changing a DIMM module?

Purpose:

It lists "BIOS needs to initial DIMM module at first time rule" for customer reference,

Content:

1. New Intel system (ex: Denverton/Skylake ) will detect RAM configuration at first boot, When user installs new DIMM module or change DIMM install setting in system, BIOS needs more boot time for DIMM configuration at first boot.
