How to check BIOS ERROR: Class:0; Subclass:20000; Operation: 1008

Purpose:

It analyzes BIOS Boot error message  for customer reference, 

Target Audience:

For Advantech TSE, RBU AE, outsourcing service engineer(s) and End customer with the following knowledges  :

• BIOS troubleshooting experience

Content:

if BIOS reports following message during  system boot.

ERROR: Class:0; Subclass:20000; Operation: 1008

ERROR: Class:0; Subclass:20000; Operation: 1001

this errors means system didn't flashed FRU information, please suggest customer to check system FRU info, and return system  to Advantech RMA/FAE for re-flash FRU file.
