How to troubleshoot BIOS error "ERROR: class:3000000: Subclass:0:Operation:8303"

Purpose:

It lists FWA-4134 BIOS error troubleshooting SOP for customer reference, 

Target Audience:

For Advantech TSE, RBU AE, outsourcing service engineer(s) and End customer with the following knowledges  :

• BIOS troubleshooting experience

Content:

• If the BIOS reports the following error message during initialization, it indicates that the BIOS ME/SPS has encountered an error or crashed, please use the Intel MEINFO utility to verify the BIOS firmware status.

• If MEINFO reports "Error 61: Fail to read FW Status Register value", please recommend the user to return the system for RMA to have the BIOS re flashed by a hardware programmer."

• The MEINFO can read the ME value from normal system BIOS, please use MEINFO to verify BIOS status if system occurred something abnormal symptom
