FWA-6170 NMC PCIe and I2C bus assignment

Purpose

FWA-6170 8 x NMC (Network Mezzanine Card) slots for a wide range of GbE, 10GbE, 40GbE and 100GbE NMCs with or without Advanced LAN bypass.  Having lots of NMC installed, the PCIe port assignment may help
