How to connect the Mini UTM (on Advantech FWA-T011) in the first time?

When you install Mini UTM on FWA-T011, some of the users do not know how to access the Mini UTM in the first time.

Target Audience:

For those whom buy FWA-T011 installed with Mini UTM and do not know how to access the Mini UTM.

Purpose:

This article shows you how to access the LAN3 via IP from your desktop or laptop.

SOP:

Note: the following operation is only for your first time to connect to the Mini UTM. If you ever changed the IP address of LAN3 port, please use the IP address that you changed.

For Advantech FWA-T011 as a Mini UTM, please connect your PC to LAN3 port and make sure you set your PC LAN port as DHCP mode.

Then your PC will obtain a DHCP IP address for 10.1.5.x. 

Open your browser and visit https://10.1.5.254:8899 and login with the following credentials:

User name: administrator

Password: Bane@7766
