FWA-2112 on-board RJ45 LAN port (I210) performance

Purpose:

To show the LAN performance of on-board RJ45 LAN port (I210),

Compared to other ENPD products which with same I210 controller  .

Contnets:

Because on board RJ45 LAN port 1/2/3/4 share a PCIE x2 upstream port, the performance is a little lower than other ENPD products which has dedicated PCIE x1 upstream port for each I210.

Note: from the test reslut of FWA-3033, we can see even with dedicated PCIE x1 upstream port, the throughput（64 byte） of I210 LAN port still can't reach 100%. This is a known limitation of I210, and other ENPD products with I210 ports have the same limitation.
